Sandi shared that her clients had minor concerns about the yard’s suitability for their dog. They’ve since decided to move forward with another property, though they are not yet under contract.

Sarah shared that her clients chose another home, largely due to concerns about the updates needed and the maintenance required for the larger yard. She also commented on the pricing, noting that while the property is listed at $350,000—below some of the other homes they viewed—here clients felt like it required a bit more work. She added that many of her buyers in the 55+ communities prefer move-in-ready homes rather than renovation projects.

Samantha shared that her clients felt the home at 1139 S 82nd Way, Mesa, was priced appropriately and in line with the market. However, the layout didn’t meet their needs, so it’s not on their short list.
