“What would AB do?” This question, the mantra of one of my most discerning clients, is echoed by many of the valued clients with whom I have worked in my nearly two decades in real estate.

As Founder, CEO, and Designated Broker for Elpis Real Estate Boutique, my focus is on relationship building, becoming a trusted advisor for the clients I serve long after the transaction has closed. I founded Elpis — named for the Greek Spirit of Hope — to provide creative, actionable guidance for clients, no matter their individual circumstances.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan, I spent many years in corporate sales until a venture into investment properties led me to real estate. Since 2001, I have put my analytical and problem-solving skills to work for clients throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and the surrounding areas. My ability to combine an astute investor’s eye, my passion for design and my joy for this business allows me to create optimal outcomes for buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area.

I have chosen to see real estate as a craft, with each client, home, and situation unique, therefore I combine my expertise and empathy to craft solutions ideally suited for each client’s specific needs. By keeping a focus on continuing education, leadership proficiencies and technology I have grown Elpis into a brand we can be proud of and use its resources to empower our agents, staff and community.

My other passion is health and wellness. As a cancer survivor, I am a proponent of wellness from within and strive to feed my mind and body “good stuff”. My health challenges made me realize that balance in life is so important and I try to model this for my team.

There is a quote by Lisa Nichols. “Your job is to fill your own cup so it overflows. Then you can serve others, joyfully from your saucer.” I believe this.

My current personal goal is to learn more about sustainable gardening. I follow a plant-based diet so the idea of growing much of my own food is exciting! I am also an avid traveler and have visited far flung places from Madrid to Morocco and beyond.
