Elaine Boylin

REALTOR®, SRES, RSPS, PSA
Buying a home is a big investment and can be a stressful experience; it doesn't matter whether its your first time or your 20th! I'm honored each time my clients choose me to navigate their real estate transaction.

As a REALTOR® my service philosophy prioritizes communication, education and negotiation whether I am representing the Buyer or the Seller. On the Buyers' side, identifying the community best suited to my clients' current season of life is important. It's my privilege to help them secure their next real estate purchase, whether its a primary residence for creating treasured family memories, a vacation home, or an investment property earning passive income. The purpose of the home is going to dictate it's location:  in a master planned community with amenities for their growing family, on a golf course, on a mountain away from big city lights, on spacious horse property, a lock and leave on a small, low maintenance lot, or a centrally located investment property near jobs and award winning schools. Arizona is unique in that it offers so many beautiful landscapes and climates to live our best life and enjoy recreation in the great outdoors. It's no mystery why people from all over the country and beyond choose to own property here. Wherever and however my clients see their next chapter unfolding, I’m pretty sure it can be found here in the Valley of the Sun or in the fresh mountain air surrounded by Ponderosa pines and I am so happy to help them find it! On the Sellers' side, it's crucial to understand the market, recent closings in the area and inventory levels when helping my clients determine strategic pricing and marketing in preparation of putting their home on the market. No matter which side of the transaction my clients are on, seeing the joy when their home has successfully closed is very rewarding. Whether it's handing them the keys to their new home or calling to tell them their proceeds have been deposited into their bank account, both make me very happy to have chosen this profession!

Although originally from Southern California, I'm thankful to call Arizona home. I enjoy traveling, hiking, golfing and reading. Focusing on the positive in the midst of challenges is key, both in business and in life. My family and friends are pivotal in helping me do just that! Sharing life with my husband of 25+ years, children and two crazy labradoodles, provides ample reasons to laugh every day.
